Try these quick steps. They fix many issues:

1. Update the app to the latest version from the App Store.
2. Restart the app (force-quit and reopen).
3. Restart your iPhone if the app freezes or behaves oddly.
4. Check iOS version — Mavix AI works best on [iOS 18+] (adjust to your minimum).
5. Sign out and back in if you use an account and sync looks wrong.

What to include in your message

The more detail you send, the faster we can help:

• Subject: Short summary (e.g. “Crash on opening Routines”).
• Device: iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
• App version: Settings in Mavix AI, or App Store → Mavix AI → version number.
