Mavix AI ("we", "us", "our") provides the Mavix AI mobile application and related services (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Service.
When you use face scan features, you may capture or choose still photos that show your face (for example, front and side profile images). These images are face-related information we process only to run the appearance-analysis features you request (such as scores, feedback, and suggestions shown in the app).
Stored on your device: Your scan photos used for history and comparison are kept as compressed copies on your device until you delete the app or remove that data. Whether and how long such copies are kept can depend on your in-app settings and how you use the Service. We do not operate a cloud photo album or gallery of your scans for you to browse on our servers. The copy you use in the app is on your phone or tablet.
Processing your analysis: We process face-related information so you receive the scores, feedback, and suggestions you see in the app. Service providers may help us operate the Service as processors under contract and handle information in line with their privacy terms. We do not use your photos to identify you in the real world, to build a faceprint for unrelated third parties, or to sell face data.
Some in-app tips, habits, or links may relate to general wellness, skincare, or healthy living. The Service is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and any references or links to third-party resources (for example, government or professional-society web pages) are for general educational context only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
We use information to:
We use photos you submit solely to deliver scan and appearance-related features (including generating on-screen results and suggestions). We do not use your face photos for unrelated advertising or for sale as “face prints” to third parties.
