Sentinel : Anti-Stalking (“Sentinel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Sentinel mobile application (the “App”) handles, how it is used, and your choices.

Who we are

Our privacy principles

Sentinel is built to keep findings on your device:

Information the App handles

Information stored on your device

The App stores preferences and findings locally on your device (for example via on-device storage such as UserDefaults). This may include:

This data stays on your device unless you choose to share it (for example when contacting support or exporting a report yourself).

Bluetooth scanning

To detect nearby wearables, the App uses Apple’s Core Bluetooth APIs to read Bluetooth Low Energy advertisements broadcast by nearby devices (such as manufacturer company IDs, service UUIDs, local names, RSSI, and advertising cadence). The App does not pair with devices for scanning and does not access the contents of other apps.
